The Job (a.k.a. Your Daily Adventure):

As part of our production crew, you’ll be the boots on the ground (sometimes literally in the dirt). You’ll:

  • Get trucks and equipment ready for action
  • Run cool machines like chippers, mini skids, and stump grinders
  • Keep job sites looking sharp (and safe!)
  • Help out with equipment repairs
  • Back up our Shop Lead when needed

Basically, you’re the glue that keeps the whole operation running smooth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year in tree care (or something close—landscaping counts!)
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Muscles to lift 50+ lbs
  • Experience with small equipment (or eagerness to learn fast)
  • Comfortable with simple tech like Jobber (clock in/out, job notes, etc.)
  • Bonus points if you have a CDL (Class A or B).
